- We act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
- We accompany buyers during site visits to and inspections of property, assists in reservation or booking, processing of payments, opening of checking accounts, processing of requirements and turn-over of unit.
- Advising our clients where and how to secure the requirements, assists in documentation such as special power of attorney, contracts, purchase agreements, and deeds.
- Explaining contract to clients, coordinating inspections, reviewing documents and more.
Clients are not allowed to enter the subdivision without being accompanied by our Accredited Agent
